Meet Zuzka Campbell
For more than 28 years, I’ve built my career in the Natural Foods CPG industry, helping brands grow, build meaningful partnerships, and strengthen their presence in the marketplace.
After spending over 17 years in sales leadership with a leading natural food brokerage, I earned a reputation for delivering results through hard work, integrity, responsiveness, and a relationship first approach to business.
The most rewarding part of my career has been building lasting partnerships throughout the industry and helping brands navigate growth with confidence. Those experiences inspired the creation of Forward Naturally.
Today, I partner with emerging Natural Foods CPG brands to provide strategic consulting, business development support, and fractional sales leadership rooted in practical experience, trusted industry connections, and a genuine commitment to their success.

Where It All Began
My connection to the natural products industry began long before my professional career. Originally from Prague, Czech Republic, I completed four years of studies in agriculture and sustainable farming before moving to California in my early twenties to pursue new opportunities and experiences.
Growing up in the Czech Republic and building a career in California gave me a unique perspective that combines European values, a strong work ethic, and an entrepreneuiral mindset.
Along the way, I developed a deep appreciation for sustainable agriculture, healthy food systems, and the people dedicated to bringing better products to market.
Today, those same values continue to guide my work and the mission of Forward Naturally.
